What is Amazon Creator Connections?

Amazon describes Creator Connections as a marketplace that connects creators with brands sold on Amazon. Brands set up campaigns for their products. As a creator you can opt in and earn extra. According to Amazon there are three forms:

  • bonus commissions on sales of campaign products,
  • payments for driving traffic to sponsored products,
  • flat fees for sponsored social content.

The bonus commission is the one you will see most.

How a campaign works

Amazon’s guide for brands describes the process from the brand side. For creators that means:

  1. The brand creates a campaign. It picks products, a bonus of at least 10%, a budget and a duration of 30 to 365 days.
  2. You opt in. You find campaigns in the Creator Connections area of your influencer account and join the ones that fit.
  3. You publish content. For example a video on your channel or on Amazon, linking to the product.
  4. You earn the bonus. It comes on top of your regular commission while the campaign runs and the budget lasts.

Read each campaign’s terms before you join, such as the deadline for publishing content and how to disclose it.

Who can join?

According to the brand guide, creators need:

On the brand side Amazon requires a US advertising account and Brand Registry.

Is Creator Connections available in the UK, Germany or Canada?

Official documentation covers the US. Amazon’s brand guide requires a US advertising account, and an older Amazon reply on the European seller forum said they hoped to expand. We found no official confirmation for other marketplaces as of October 2026.

Is a campaign worth it?

A bonus always sounds good. Whether a campaign pays off depends on the same questions as any video:

  • Does the product fit your audience? A high bonus on a product nobody buys earns nothing.
  • Does it sell? Many product pages show how often the item was bought in the past month.
  • Is a video possible, and how crowded is it? For onsite videos this decides how often yours is shown. Rates by category are in our guide to onsite commission.

Why Reelgap never accepts anything for you

Reelgap does not accept campaigns or take any action in your Amazon account. Automated actions in your account are an unnecessary risk. Reelgap only reads what is on the page and shows you the numbers; you make the call. More on the features page.
