Right of withdrawal

Last updated: 15 October 2026. Consumers have a right of withdrawal. A consumer is anyone who concludes the contract mainly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

First: You conclude the purchase contract for a Reelgap subscription with Freemius, Inc. as reseller (see terms, section 2). To make it easy, you can also send your withdrawal to us. We forward it to Freemius and make sure the refund is initiated. The free trial is non-binding and ends on its own; it does not need a withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HYPED, owner Dominic Foerst, Drachenfelsstraße 1, 67240 Bobenheim-Roxheim, Germany, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The reimbursement is made via Freemius.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
